“CV Database” means the database of curriculum vitae which are displayed on our Website to users from time to time;

“Posting Rules” is a reference to any rules which are displayed from time to time on the Website regarding the posting of content on the Website;

“Service” or “Services” is a reference to the chargeable services, such as advertising or viewing CVs, that we may provide to you where you have requested such service;

“you”, “your” and “yours” are references to you the person accessing this Website;

Terms of Business

When you request us to provide a chargeable service to you this is done in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any contract for the supply of Service from this Website is between you and Jobs4Carers Ltd. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

The Service made available to you from this Website is intended for your use only and you warrant that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Service.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

All charges listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future.

The contract for the Service will be accepted at the time we confirm this to you in writing. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted you will be notified of this in writing together with the reasons.

Due to the nature of the CV Database we do not verify the content and validity of CVs which are posted to the CV Database. We cannot represent or warrant the validity or otherwise of any content including the CV Database displayed on our Website.

Individuals posting CVs to the CV Database do so in the knowledge that this will be on public display and that the CV will be viewed and distributed by or to third parties.

Use of this Site

Once you register on our Website you are authorised to use our Website to upload CVs or post jobs. Some of the services that we provide are chargeable and the applicable fee will be displayed on the Website for the relevant Service. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use our Website where we consider that you have acted in breach of the agreement or these Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware that posting information on our Website such as your profile and curriculum vitae will result in your information being displayed in a public forum. You agree that any user of the Website may access, view, reproduce, download and store any content that you have uploaded to the Website.

When registering you will be required to provide a username and password. You must ensure that you keep these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing. You will not be entitled to a refund for any unused periods of Service.

We may terminate your membership and/or deny you access to the Website or any part of it (including any services, goods or information available on or through the Website) at any time in our absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification.

Liability
